My little sister is in town for a few months doing some of her pharmacy rotations, so she has been coming over each day after work and the two of us work out together. Alex has been in the habit of not naping much in the afternoons this past week and is usually pretty fussy (and ready to be held) by the time we get to our Yoga stretch at the end of our work out.
