This year's VBS was Adventure's at Promise Island. We had a wonderful, fun filled week learning about God and serving the children in our church. Alex and Anna participated in the nursery again this year. It's so fantastic - they get to do most everything the big kids do. Alex LOVED it...especially all the great songs they learned! I was part of the kitchen crew with my girls Ellen and Tricia this year. The Coconut Cafe served up snacks for about 250 kids/volunteers each day. It was a blast! Andy stopped in one morning to join in the fun for a little bit.
Brady loved every thing about the entire week. He was in a group with several of his good buddies and had a fabulous group guide. The had Bible stories, songs, outdoor games, snack, crafts, and whole group time each day.

Friday evening was a celebration of the learning from the week. Bible stories, song, games, and ice cream. What a great way to end the week. God is SO good!
